How It Works
You did the stitching. I’ll do the finishing. Turn your beautiful needlepoint into a functional, one-of-a-kind piece you’ll actually use and love!
1. Tell Me About Your Project
Fill out the contact form below with as much information as possible about your needlepoint project. Include the dimensions, colours, photos of your finished stitching, and what you’d like it turned into.
Have specific details in mind? Tell me! Things like thread or leather colours, strap length, adjustable vs. fixed straps, number and placement of pockets, closures, hardware, lining, and any other special requests are all helpful. If you aren't sure, that's ok too! We can figure that out together during the consultation.
2. Get Your Quote
Once I’ve reviewed your project and details, I’ll get in touch with a custom quote based on the design, materials, and finishing work involved. A consultation of often best to ensure we are on the same page and to make adjustments based on your budget.
3. Approve & Get Started
Once you’re happy with the quote and ready to move forward, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project and get started. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.
4. Your Needlepoint Gets a New Life!
I’ll transform your stitched canvas into the finished piece you envisioned — carefully constructed, functional, and made to showcase all the hard work you put into every stitch.
Shipping Your Project
Local pickup and drop-off in the GTA area are preferred whenever possible. If meeting in person isn’t an option, you are responsible for shipping your needlepoint project to me.
Once your finished piece is ready, I’ll ship it back to you at a discounted return-shipping rate. Shipping costs will be discussed as part of your quote.
